There are a few design issues, some of them can be fixed with mods. I didn't notice more bugs than other games. I do not support these mods so don't even got this game quite some time after it had been released so I was able to play with patch 1.9 or 1.10 from the start (don't remember exactly). The game will then use these scripts instead of the ones in the "scripts.ubn" archive. py script files have to be put into a "scripts" folder that you have to create inside your "TheFall" folder.
