Ubisoft has promoted Far Cry 2 as the genuine spin-off of Far Cry, anyway the continuation has not very many observable likenesses to the first game.
It is the second portion of the fundamental Far Cry series, gone before by 2004's Far Cry and followed by 2012's Far Cry 3. Far Cry 2 is a 2008 first-Person shooter created by Ubisoft Montreal and distributed by Ubisoft.
