
If you would like to save the payee details to pay again another time while making a payment to someone new, you can use the "Save payee details" option on the "Check and confirm" screen. You can pay bills and send money to friends or family even if they don't have a NatWest International account and you don't need your card-reader. To ensure your money is safe, we will sometimes ask you to authorise a payment using Face ID/Touch ID on iOS, fingerprint on Android or your app passcode.
Choose 'Select payee' then 'Pay someone new'. From the Home screen, select the 'Pay' button from the account you would like to make the payment from, followed by 'Make a payment'. With 'Pay someone new' in the mobile app you can make a payment using just an account number and sort code without having to set up the payee in Online Banking. Congratulations, you have finished setting up the NatWest International mobile app. If your device has facial or fingerprint recognition, you can choose to log in with that later. Choose a passcode to log into the app. If your mobile number is not correct, you can change this through Online Banking, and return to the app in 3 days to finish registering. Confirm the mobile number we hold on file for you is correct and enter the activation code we text to you. Again, if you don't have these tap 'Forgotten secure details?' to continue. Enter in the requested characters from your Online Banking PIN and Password.
If you don't have this, then tap 'What's my customer number?' to continue.
Enter your Online Banking customer number. Tap 'Get started' to read and accept the Mobile Banking Terms. Don't worry if you don't have the details listed on the next screen, you can reset or set them up now.
Open the NatWest International app and tap 'I'm already a customer' to get started.
